Ingredients - 1 kampong chicken or ¼ kg of beef shank or ½ kg of beef ribs - 5 garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon of oil - 1 liter of water - ½ teaspoon of salt + ½ teaspoon of sugar - ½ teaspoon of pepper - ½ teaspoon of chicken powder
Steps - Stir-fry the minced garlic - Heat water to boil - Add garlic, salt, pepper and chicken powder - Add chicken/beef shank/beef ribs - Simmer until the meat is tender - Add Sayur Asin (the pickled vegetable) - Simmer for 15 minutes - Ready to serve
