Choux Pastry with Fruit Vla

Ingredient A
- 1 pack of Fruit Cocktail Prima Rasa, separate the fruit from the syrup, set aside

Ingredient B
- 200 gr instant vla
- 500 gr milk
- 50 gr fresh cream

Ingredient C
- 80 gr blue band
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 200 gr water
- 200 gr eggs

Steps
- Ingredient C: Heat water and blue band until boiling, gradually add wheat flour, stir evenly, leave to cool
- Add eggs one by one, stir evenly until combined
- Put the dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper
- Baked at 200 0C for 30 minutes
- Ingredient B: Mix all the ingredients
- Finally add the Fruits and put the Vla inside the choux pastry
